Reginald Buenaventura
Chief Executive Officer
Reginald is an accomplished leader with a strong commitment to social responsibility and inclusion. With an extensive background in infrastructure, mining, defence, and other capital-intensive sectors, he brings strategic direction and hands-on experience to guide Virtu Foundation’s growth and service delivery.
He is especially passionate about supporting people living with disability and at-risk youth, both in Australia and abroad. Reginald leads with integrity and a focus on long-term outcomes that strengthen communities. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Juris Doctor, he supports the Foundation’s advocacy for people who face barriers to access, opportunity, and participation.

Beyond his professional role, Reginald is active in volunteer work and youth development programs, dedicating his time and leadership to causes that foster equality, opportunity, and belonging.

Jade Noval
Chief Financial Officer
Jade brings over a decade of financial leadership and a strong belief in using her expertise to create lasting, positive change. With a background as a Finance Controller in a non-profit hospital, she combines technical skill with a deep sense of purpose—ensuring resources are used wisely to support people living with disabilities.
Jade leads strategic planning, budgeting, and governance with clarity and accountability, helping the Foundation grow sustainably and deliver high-quality services. She values collaboration and works closely with stakeholders to build trust, drive innovation, and expand community reach.

Beyond her role, Jade is active in community outreach and believes in building strong networks of support. She is passionate about inclusive development and works to ensure that everyone has access to opportunity, dignity, and a sense of belonging.

Rommel Alegre, RN, MAN, MMHN
Chief Operating Officer
Rommel Alegre is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, nursing leadership, quality improvement, and mental health services across Australia and the Philippines. He combines extensive clinical expertise with executive leadership to ensure that Virtu Foundation delivers safe, high-quality, and person-centred support to individuals, families, and the community.
Rommel currently practises as a Clinical Nurse in Mental Health within the Western Australian public health system and also serves as a Clinical Facilitator, mentoring and supporting the next generation of nurses. His clinical experience spans mental health rehabilitation, alcohol and other drug services, emergency nursing, medical and surgical nursing, intensive care, and community healthcare.
Throughout his career, Rommel has held senior leadership positions in large tertiary hospitals, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving organisational improvement, and implementing evidence-based systems that enhance patient safety and quality of care. His work has been recognised through numerous professional awards, including the Nursing Excellence Award and recognition for leading successful international healthcare accreditation initiatives.
Rommel holds a Master of Mental Health Nursing from the University of Newcastle, a Master of Arts in Nursing, and an Executive Doctorate in Leadership. His passion lies in empowering people to achieve greater independence, dignity, and wellbeing through compassionate, innovative, and evidence-informed care.
