Who We Support
We provide specialist care and support for at-risk children and youth across Perth. Our services are tailored for:
Children and youth in out-of-home care, providing stability and nurturing environments.
Young people with disabilities (including ASD Levels 1–3), delivering personalised, trauma-informed support.
Youth facing family instability or breakdown, offering crisis intervention and respite care.
Children and youth needing skill development for independence, helping them gain life skills and confidence.
Socially isolated or disadvantaged youth, creating meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.
What We Do
We don’t just provide services, we create pathways to empowerment, stability, and brighter futures. Our key services include:
Out-of-Home Care Services: providing professional care and support for youth who require assistance in a safe and nurturing environment outside their home.
In-Home Respite Care: giving families the support they need whilst ensuring young people are cared for in a safe environment.
In-Home Personal Support: assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity.
Community-Based Respite Care: encouraging social connection, skill-building, and engagement in safe spaces.
Day Trips and Community Outings: supervised excursions designed to inspire exploration, social interaction, and growth.
Life Skills Mentorship: equipping youth with essential life skills for a self-sufficient future.
Urgent Support and Care Coordination: Our on-call nurse and trained support team are available to provide timely care, guidance, and reassurance during unexpected situations.
